If the product delivered to you was damaged or was different from what you had ordered, then please fill in the Returns & Replacement form within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will take the return and immediately provide the same new product at no extra cost. Defective items will be replaced with a same model of a fresh product. If you receive a product different from what you had ordered then you must return the product in its original condition along with the original invoice and price tag/sticker/seal wrap intact on the product, with no visible marks of usage or wear and tear.

Sports Next Door will not process Refunds/Returns for the following reasons stated:

  • Incorrect purchases
  • Used products
  • Better price available
  • Did not like the quality
  • Ordered in Error 
  • Customized the product as per own requirement
  • Wrong size selected
  • Sealed open, broken tags, more expiry required
  • Change of mind. 

Note: Please open the package in front of Courier Delivery Person and check if the package contains the complete contents or if there is any damage. If there is any theft or damage, do not accept the parcel and do not sign the courier POD. In case, courier person doesn't allow opening of package without signing POD, sign the POD, take the parcel but ask the courier to stay back to check the parcel in front of her/him and if any issue is found put the proper comment below your signature. If the customer fails to do so, any claim regarding missing or damaged item will not be entertained. Regarding items damaged in transit, you have 48 hrs. to inform us about the same and regarding items with manufacturing defects, you have 7 Days to inform us about the same with valid proof. For processing any replacement or refund request, we would require an unboxing video of the product so that we can check the validity of the request. 


  • Products must be returned to us in their original packaging along with the original price tags/labels and invoices.
  • Returns on used products will not be accepted.
  • Replacement of good/product or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us and your claim verified.
  • We aim to process refunds and replacements within 3 days of receipt by us of the original product/good. 
  • All Healthcare, Beauty, Supporters products are non-returnable. 
  • If Return/Replacement of a product is approved due to a reason other than ‘received a different product’, then you need to send us the product back through your own courier at your own expenses.
  • Bulk orders are not eligible for any return or refund.


Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellation until the order is not shipped from our end after deducting 3% from the refund value. We can’t cancel the order once it has been shipped.  Sports Next Door may cancel the order, under rare circumstances, including: 

  • Incorrect pricing or description of the product.
  • Payment fraud detection by Payment Gateway or our department.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address
  • Available product did not pass our internal Quality Check during the dispatch of the product.
  • All Healthcare, Beauty, Supporters products are non-returnable. 


Super Shipping Policy

Super Shipping is eligible only for the orders with serviceable pin codes. Deadline time for Super Shipping of the same day is 1:00PM, otherwise, that day will not be counted in super order. Sundays and Public Holidays are not counted under Super Shipping days. Super Shipping amount is not refundable in any case. If shipment is not delivered in 1-4 working days then Super Shipping charges will be refunded to your SND wallet, which you can use on your next purchase. In Free Shipping, the expected delivery time is 5-7 working days but it is usually delivered much before than that.
