If the product delivered to you was damaged or was different from what you had ordered, then please fill in the Returns & Replacement form within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will take the return and immediately provide the same new product at no extra cost. Defective items will be replaced with a same model of a fresh product. If you receive a product different from what you had ordered then you must return the product in its original condition along with the original invoice and price tag/sticker/seal wrap intact on the product, with no visible marks of usage or wear and tear.
Sports Next Door will not process Refunds/Returns for the following reasons stated:
- Incorrect purchases
- Used products
- Better price available
- Did not like the quality
- Ordered in Error
- Customized the product as per own requirement
- Wrong size selected
- Sealed open, broken tags, more expiry required
- Change of mind.
- RTOs generated because of incorrect address shared by customer.
Note: Please open the package in front of Courier Delivery Person and check if the package contains the complete contents or if there is any damage. If there is any theft or damage, do not accept the parcel and do not sign the courier POD. In case, courier person doesn’t allow opening of package without signing POD, sign the POD, take the parcel but ask the courier to stay back to check the parcel in front of her/him and if any issue is found put the proper comment below your signature. If the customer fails to do so, any claim regarding missing or damaged item will not be entertained. Regarding items damaged in transit, you have 48 hrs. to inform us about the same and regarding items with manufacturing defects, you have 7 Days to inform us about the same with valid proof.
- Products must be returned to us in their original packaging along with the original price tags/labels and invoices.
- Returns on used products will not be accepted.
- Replacement of good/product or refund costs will not be made until the original good/product is received by us and your claim verified.
- We aim to process refunds and replacements within 3 days of receipt by us of the original product/good. Refund will be processed in the original mode of payment which will be credited with 7 to 10 working days.
- All Healthcare, Beauty, Supporters products are non-returnable.
- If Return/Replacement of a product is approved due to a reason other than ‘received a different product’, then you need to send us the product back through your own courier at your own expenses.
- Bulk orders are not eligible for any return or refund.
- In case a product is undelivered because of incorrect address shared by customer, we can reship the order but additional courier charges incurred will be charged to the customer.
- Amount deposited for partial COD orders would not be refunded if the customer doesn’t accept the product on delivery or provide a wrong address. This makes sure that only genuine orders are entertained.
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling/mailing our customer service.
Sports Next Door may cancel the order, under rare circumstances, including:
- Incorrect pricing or description of the product.
- Payment fraud detection by Payment Gateway or our department.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address
- The available product did not pass our internal Quality Check during the dispatch of the product.
- All Healthcare, Beauty, and Supporters products are non-returnable.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
We ship our orders within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
Lightweight products are sent by air so they get delivered within 1-3 days as per the delivery location.
Heavy/bulky products might take 2-7 days as per the delivery location.
All orders with a cart value of more than ₹ will be shipped free of cost.
A shipping charge of ₹50/- would be applicable on orders with a cart value below ₹500/-
Yes, you get an invoice for your order. It can be downloaded from your customer account.
