5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across serviceable locations for certain products. Orders using COD may be verified before dispatch. Repeated refusals or misuse may result in restricted access to COD in the future.

7. Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Return is not accepted in case of the following reasons:

  • Better price available
  • Did not like the quality
  • Ordered in Error
  • Customised the product as per own requirement
  • Sealed open, broken tags, more expiry required
  • Change of mind.
  • RTOs were generated because of incorrect addresses shared by customers.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items purchased during a clearance or final sale will
not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

8. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards, promotional codes, and discounts are non-transferable and subject to terms decided by Sports Next Door. We reserve the right to modify or cancel offers at our discretion without prior notice.
