Any delivery charges for orders from Sports Next Door?

All orders with a cart value of more than ₹ will be shipped free of cost.
A shipping charge of ₹50/- would be applicable on orders with a cart value below ₹500/-

How long will delivery take?

We ship our orders within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
Lightweight products are sent by air so they get delivered within 1-3 days as per the delivery location.
Heavy/bulky products might take 2-7 days as per the delivery location.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you get an invoice for your order. It can be downloaded from your customer account.

If you want to change the billing details or add a GSTIN to the invoice, you can send an email to info@sportsnextdoor.com and we will send you the revised invoice.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

How do I know if my order has been confirmed post payment?

After every successful payment, customers get an email from the payment gateway as well as from Sports Next Door.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You are advised to make an unboxing video of the product if you think that the product might have damaged.
You can send us the video within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can send it to info@sportsnextdoor.com

Can I change or cancel my order?

Order cancellation is not allowed once the product is shipped from our end.
Before shipment, you can ask our team to cancel the order but an order processing fees of 3% (of the total order value) would be deducted.
