The adidas T-19 treadmill is built around a robust 3.5 HP motor, which delivers speeds of up to 20 kmph (12.4 mph) across 15 levels of power incline. The T-19 can effectively take you from a gentle walk all the way up to a mountainous sprint, making it an ideal running machine for all fitness levels.

A spacious running area of 140 x 51 cm (55.1” x 20”), along with the NRG cushioned running deck, provide you with all the freedom and comfort you need to rack up the miles and improve your overall fitness, strength and cardio endurance. The NRG cushioning technology has been designed specifically to absorb the impact of your foot strike and help to reduce strain on sensitive joints.

24 pre-set fitness programmes, plus 3 target, 3 heart rate controlled and 3 custom workouts provide you with a varied indoor running experience designed to challenge and motivate you. The 8” LCD screen will keep you updated with all the live performance metrics you need, including speed, time, distance, calories, pulse, heart rate and incline.

An adjustable smartphone and tablet holder can be found above the main console, which gives you an optimum viewing angle for watching movies and boxsets while you run. You can also plug your device into the onboard speaker system and blast out your favorite motivational music tracks to keep you going. A convenient USB charger located on the side of the console will ensure your device doesn’t run out of battery mid-run.
